Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping in the U.S. will be by USPS
priority or media mail. For non-oversized books, USPS priority shipping will
be $6.25 for the first book; $3.00 for each additional book. USPS Media mail shipping
will be $3.50 for the first book; $1.25 for each additional book. Shipping to Canada
will be $7.50 for the first book; $4.00 for each additional book.
International shipping will be done at cost via First Class Mail International,
typically $11.50 for the first book; $5.50 for each additional book.
Shipping costs on multiple items will be combined.
Insurance is FREE for orders over $100.00
(Insurance is $1.70 up to $50.00, then $2.15 up to $100.00).
